Who I am

As I try to briefly tell you my story, I'm at my desk juggling one call after another.

I'm wearing a dark blue shirt with puffed sleeves, white pants, and blue socks (home office), and I feel completely Laura. I am, consciously, a 38-year-old woman born in the province of Milan.

I have two sisters, and when we were little , my mom, partly to save time, dressed us all the same . A set of three plaid skirts, three white shirts, three pairs of polka-dotted tights, and so on.

As soon as I reached the age of reason, I asked myself, why do I have to dress like them? I'm neither Anna nor Ilaria. That was the first spark of my desire to tell so many unique and wonderful stories of people who feel complete through their bodies and their clothes. My house is always full of friends, some staying for work, some for dinner, lunch, or parties.

My home is colorful and holds many travel memories. I love hosting, I love listening.

I find my greatest inspiration for shapes and colors in the garden, and cleaning the house (yes, I love cleaning) is my personal meditation. I'm sure that between a chat, trying on a new outfit , and searching for the perfect color palette , I can give you some excellent advice for removing that stain that just won't go away.

I steal from Coco Chanel who said, “ Before you go out, look in the mirror and take something off .” We don’t need to cover up our bodies to be comfortable and feel beautiful; we just need to dress them properly, respecting our shape, size, and the color of our skin, eyes, and hair.
